This solution is meant for independent fuel station. It has been created with easy to use and packed with many reports and audit trail. Operators will have the peace to manage the sales of fuel and control inventory at any point of time. The solution has been created by the designers and system developers who have exposed and experienced in managing point-of-sales (POS) system for more than a decade from series of reputable POS for fuel stations. Our POS solution is easy to use and the company is currently working into future version which are feature rich but friendly to use. The company focus solely on POS for fuel station and the name Fuel Management POS (FMPOS) is the commitment given to our list of clientele who are satisfied with our POS solution.
For the business entrepreneurs or large fuel station operators who want to have a reliable solution, you should opt for our POS called GreenPOS. At current, we bundle the POS software and site controller into one cost. We also provide an option if the station operators want to opt for monthly/yearly subscription with very minimal upfront cost. We provide free of charge online and web support. For on-site support, the charge will depend on distance and number of days to resolve. GreenPOS has been rigorously tested at the field and our software engineers are very adaptive to customer requirement. However, we would recommend for small updates if you opt to make the adjustment on the reports and layout. We prefer to maintain as it is because we believed that GreenPOS have been designed at the best features and capabilities.

The GreenPOS will have direct connection to all fuel dispenser and able to authorize the dispenser after the transaction permitted. While the fuel is dispensed, operator will able to view fuel dispense quantity and cost immediately. If the fuel dispense stop, the GreenPOS will communicate to the dispenser and pick up the dispenser's totalizer accurately. All links are using IPs and GreenPOS system is connected directly using Ethernet connection.
The site controller is powered up with integrated power stabilizer and surge controller. This feature is important to manage unstable voltage especially if the fuel stations are located around factory areas.
Furthermore, GreenPOS site controller has been built with switch card to directly connect the 'two wires' to each fuel dispensers. Our mission is to make your business run longer without giving you headache of any 'hidden' cost and 'unexpected' device requirement.
Operator to log-in using their authorized ID ie. administrator or operators. Administrator can create unlimited operators and provide each of them on different roles and menu capabilities. The operator would also able to change station logo and station details.
GreenPOS has been designed based on clients input. We had added the preset denomination on the left keypad for easy access. Furthermore, we have added 'exact cash' when client provide actual amount to the operator.
Operator can drop the client to the waiting zone and GreenPOS can accumulated up until 10 clients. Operator can view the first 5 clients in the waiting zone and he/she can drag the icons to view the rest.
Station operator will able to reconcile the sales of fuel against the current stocks at any point of time. All sales of fuel are recorded in the system against all types of fuels and tanks.
GreenPOS will keep the 'totalizer' value from all dispensers. If the GreenPOS system is off due to power failure or any reason, when the system is turning on, the system will able to determine the actual differences in the report.
This is a very powerful feature to allow station operator to offer 'prepaid' or 'postpaid' service to selected customers. GreenPOS can be integrated to any RFID or Mifare reader at the dispenser to allow the driver to charge the fuel to the account.
The GreenPOS Cloud System has been placed in this intelligent platform with complete security and high availability. You can view all detail transactions at your fuel stations using your mobile device or workstation anywhere in the world within 24 hours 365 days. The sales details are uploaded seamlessly from your POS terminals at the fuel stations as and when the sales are going on.
Accessing this secured portal via any web browsers and user has to input the valid 'username' and 'password'. Once you have registered the GreenPOS Cloud System, we will provide you this 'username' and 'temporary password'. Once you have accessed your portal, you will able to change the password anytime.
When you access your Home/Main portal, you will able to view at one glance the daily, monthly and yearly sales and profits. The sales has been categorized by fuel types for each dispenser on each month. Furthermore, you can filter the hourly transaction by amount, litre and count.
Tab daily transaction, and you can view the detail parameters. These parameters will include date, time, transaction amount & quantity, fuel type, cashier name, payment type and many more.
At current, GreenPOS provide 'Home' and 'Sales Transactions' menu. At later stage, depending on your need, we will add more features as per your requirement.
